This Daly City complex has been a continuous customer since 2000 for maintenance, upgrades, and rebuilds. We’ve replaced more than 2,500 windows throughout the entire complex, making each apartment more energy-efficient, and with no disruptions to the tenants. This ongoing project has also included day-to-day maintenance calls, balconies, stairs, aesthetic upgrades, and providing solutions to safety concerns.

The Presidio, UCSF Respiratory Care Center, San Francisco General Hospital Operating Rooms, and schools are among our government projects that included demolition and deterioration repairs, upgrades, and bringing construction up to code.
