This Daly City complex has been a continuous customer since 2000 for maintenance, upgrades, and rebuilds. We’ve replaced more than 2,500 windows throughout the entire complex, making each apartment more energy-efficient, and with no disruptions to the tenants. This ongoing project has also included day-to-day maintenance calls, balconies, stairs, aesthetic upgrades, and providing solutions to safety concerns.
