Gelfand Partners

Ground up building in the Presidio Trust of San Francisco, all inclusive from foundation through landscaping. Building is a Buss transit center with men's and women's restrooms and restaurant space. Job finished 12 days ahead of schedule.

Hunter's Point Headstart Daycare Center
Asian Neighborhood Design

Complete demolition of pre-existing interiors and build out of this 5,000 square foot daycare facility including playrooms, offices, and restrooms. The project also included extensive site renovation work to create new parking, security, and playground areas.

Rockaway was hired to demolish pre-existing office laboratory space and build out a new office space for the Respiratory Care Group. Features of the new space include DIRTT operable office front systems, conference room, locker room, kitchen, and lab workspace.

MSA Planning and Design

Remodel of a Major Operating room in which the only access to the work space was up 3 stories of a scaffold and across a roof. The job was finished 21 days ahead of schedule and was the first UCSF job to have zero OSHPD issues.

Centerplate

Remodel of two "Center Plate" Concession stores in AT&T park from flooring to artificial brick work and everything in between. Project was fast-tracked in a matter of weeks to be ready for Opening Day.

Westlake Village Apartments


Rockaway Construction performs a wide variety of services including facility upgrades, lobbies, stairs, walkways etc. Also lease ready improvements and day to day apartment operations.

Day to day apartment operations consist of answering tenant repair requests including but not limited to changing door handles, locks, broken cabinets and doors, patching sheetrock and full kitchen and bathroom upgrades.

Genentech/UGL Services


Rockaway Construction working in conjunction with UGL Services provides facility maintenance on the Genentech South San Francisco Campus. Daily work orders consist of but not limited to remodeling conference rooms, painting, patching sheetrock, repair flooring, and exterior site work, paving, roof repair, and asphalt striping.

Replace over 2500 new windows in Westlake Village Apartments throughout the entire complex. All work is completed in occupied units in a timely manner with no disruptions to the tenants.

San Francisco University High School


Install approximately 100 new windows in the school. Job was completed in a timely manner during the summer so the campus could be ready for the students on the first day of school.
